On this page, there are 4 matrix levels to view.
Click "SEND GIFT" on the lowest level button first.

The next screen shows the matrix number and brief information.
Look at the first multiple choice box with a down arrow on it.
Click to see how they want to receive the gift.
It will show 1, 2 or all 3 of these ways to send gifts.
SECURED MONEY ORDER, NETSPEND, SOLIDTRUSTPAY.
CHOOSE an option to send the gift.
Note: If you and your receiver have AlertPay, PayPal or some other payment processor, you can use one of those if you both agree.

Look at the second multiple choice box with a down arrow on it.
MAKE SURE IT SHOWS "I WILL SEND"
Step 5
Choose one of three buttons:
1) If you are satified with the selection,
PRESS COMMIT
2) If the options to send your gift are not available in the drop down box,
PRESS TRY ANOTHER RECIPIENT
3) If you want to back out of the transaction starting back at
step one "Send Gift",
PRESS CANCEL
Step 6
IMPORTANT: PRINT this page, or COPY and PASTE this page
into an email or Word Pad, or WRITE DOWN THE INFO including the name, phone number, username, matrix #, etc.
Step 7
IMMEDIATELY call the Receiver, and ask him/her to verify your
name is in their back office by clicking on My Matrix History.
If your name does appear, it is a go.
Send your gift the way you chose. (see notes below)
If your name did not appear, log back in and start over for a new RECEIVER.
NOTES: SECURED MONEY ORDER - Send it priority mail and get a confirmation number. Call the member and give him/her your
priority mail confirmation number. This will allow him/her to check
online at www.usps.com to see when the money order was sent.
He/she can now go into their back office, click on Active Matrix,
and if satisfied with the results, click CONFIRMED*. This will qualify
you as a receiver and place you in the queue allowing
you to receive gifts.
*Be aware that when you confirm someone before actually receiving
your gift, you are taking a risk! Once you confirm someone there is no
going back and unconfirming. We recommend always using caution in
making this kind of decision.
**NETSPEND and SOLIDTRUSTPAY - Go back to the WHO WILL RECEIVE MY GIFT page and click on Go To Netspend.com or SolidTrustPay.com.
Follow the instructions to SEND MONEY by doing a Card Member Transfer. The Netspend or STP User Name appears at the bottom of the
"Who Will Receive My Gift" page. The NETSPEND/STP instructions are simple, following them will ensure minimal problems and a smooth flow.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to include the following REQUIRED info in the message section when sending your money via Netspend or SolidTrustPay.

This information will greatly reduce the chance for error and confusion.
